What's included
Every element is here for a reason.
Our retreats aren't a collection of activities bolted together. Each discipline — surfing, movement, culture, connection — is chosen because it does something the others can't. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Four disciplines. One integrated experience.
Surf
The ocean changes you.
Surfing is at the heart of every retreat. It's challenging, humbling, joyful, and deeply present — it demands your full attention in a way that's hard to find anywhere else. Sessions are led by ISA Level 2 certified instructors and designed for all levels, from complete beginners to confident surfers.
- ISA Level 2 certified instruction
- Surfboard and wetsuit rental included
- All skill levels welcome — complete beginners included
- Ocean safety briefings
- Daily sessions with individual coaching
"The ocean changes you."

Movement
Move well. Feel better.
Movement is the bridge between the ocean and the rest of your day. Morning Pilates, restorative yoga, and movement sessions are designed to prepare the body for surf, support recovery, and create space to slow down. Sessions are somatic — rooted in body awareness, not performance.
- Daily Pilates sessions led by a certified instructor
- Restorative yoga for recovery and deep rest
- Breathwork and mindfulness practices
- All levels welcome — no experience needed
- Designed to complement and support surf sessions
"Move well. Feel better."
Movement — The Wave In You
Wellness
Rest is part of the work.
Rest and restoration are built into every day — not as an afterthought, but as a core part of the experience. In Morocco, that means hammam and massage. In Sri Lanka, Ayurvedic treatments. These aren't add-ons. They're part of what makes the retreat feel different from a holiday.
- Hammam and massage (Morocco)
- Ayurvedic wellness treatments (Sri Lanka)
- Downtime and rest built into every day
- Space to move at your own pace
"Rest is part of the work."

Culture & Connection
You're a visitor, not a tourist.
Morocco and Sri Lanka aren't just beautiful backdrops. Their food, traditions, and people are woven into the retreat experience as active ingredients. A hammam in the medina. A home-cooked meal with a local family. A temple visit at dawn. These moments remind you that the world is vast and you are part of it.
- Curated cultural excursions with local guides
- Locally sourced meals and shared dining experiences
- Evening connection gatherings
- Access to local surf communities and families
"You're a visitor, not a tourist."
